Overview
The Simplex 2088-9609 holds a door open while its magnet is energized and releases it when the control system removes power, allowing the door closer to close the door. The surface-mount assembly includes the magnet, cover, catch plate and matching electrical box.
Includes magnet and cover assembly, catch plate and matching surface electrical box. De-energizing the magnet releases the door for closure.
